You can change voice servers on the log in screen as well as chat servers..still no voice try different protocols and one more thing is you might try a different Yahoo ID..The above picture shows how my log in screen is set up..
If you had voice in the chat room but lost it you can with your mic still on then right click on change rooms and reenter the room..this often corrects the problem .One problem I often get is when I am in voice in PM and go back to voice in the room voice shows disconnected usually..Just right click on change rooms and reenter the room this will reconnect you to voice in the room ok
