You can see below how I have my Preferences set!
To open your Preferences go to file/preferences Page 4
I have found these default settings to be best set at default (as shown above) If you have problems with the chat room going on ignore look here and reset to these settings.
You can archive the chat room post to turn on archive room days go to file/archive room text/archive on.
Filter Switch Words..Replaces on word with another!! Click on the edit button to see the list You can edit this to words of your choice..
If you right click on a users id in the user list you can post a auto hello or other auto messages to a user by clicking on the message you want to send once you click on the selected message the message will go right to the chat room for that user to see. here you can edit/add to these messages Example under menu5 I added Bites to my messages I also added where I wanted different colors to appear
To insert the message I put the name of the message Bites (then you must use the Tab key on your keyboard to space between the name title and the message) then I put the message with the colors as I wanted it to appear Bites <black>B<blue>ites and the smiley code for the smiley I wanted there (below is how it shows in the room)
Button Image Sets
Click on the pull down arrow to make your selection
Here you can select different button sets to use on Yazak
Don't have buttons click on the link do down load pre made buttons or you can make your own
